THE VILLA

For your stay in Guadeloupe , the villa "Les Poiriers de Guadeloupe" is located not far from the village of Saint François, the beaches of Anse des Rochers and Raisins Clairs. Here, we welcome you for holidays with friends or family.

Rated ***** by Atout France and with a surface area of 200 m² on a plot of 4000 m², this single-story villa can accommodate 7 people in three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own private shower room, including two walk-in showers. The villa is partially accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).

As is often the case in Guadeloupe, uncontrollable, sometimes unexpected, visitors come to brighten up the outdoor spaces. Whether curious cats, exploratory chickens and roosters, or tropical birds with melodious songs, these visitors bring a special charm to the island's gardens and villas.

Recently renovated in a contemporary style, the villa Les Poiriers offers you high quality in terms of comfort and amenities.

Inside the villa, we have taken care of the decoration and layout. The spacious and bright rooms open onto the terraces, the garden or the swimming pool.

When entering the villa, enjoy the light and the freshness. You discover a beautiful living room and an immediate view of the swimming pool. The rooms face the terrace, the pool and the view. Walk onto the terrace and you will have an irresistible urge to dive.

 

In the living room, the sofas welcome you for a TV or a relaxation moment.

the modern kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room. A bar and high stools are an opportunity for moments of conviviality or a brunch on the go.

However in Guadeloupe, it is on the terraces that you will fully enjoy your stay. Enjoy the trade winds and the lovely view that surrounds you.

 

The terraces are shaded and well ventilated. You will have your meals on a perfectly positionned table surrounded by plants with a sea view. You may also enjoy a Ti Punch or a fresh fruit cocktail in the 'punch bar' by the pool and coffee in the comfortable outdoor lounge.

 

The beautiful 8 m x 4 m (8.8 yd x 4.4 yd) swimming pool bordered by its tropical wooden deck will seduce you. You can bask in the sun while enjoying the latest Booker prize on the deck chairs around the pool.

 

Note that the swimming pool is protected by an alarm.

At bedtime, the rooms are bright and air-conditioned: you will spend excellent nights on comfortable bedding and hotel-quality satin bed linen. Each room is independent and has private bathroom , sink, toilet and walk-in shower. A guest toilet is also available.
